The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to join our capacity building - allied health team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician who enjoys balancing hands-on clinical practice with leadership, mentoring, research and service improvement initiatives.
In this role, you'll provide expert Speech Pathology services to clients across a wide-ranging caseload with complex communication and swallowing needs, provide clinical expertise in the assessment and management of complex dysphagia, as well as support and develop your fellow clinicians across a multidisciplinary team.

What you'll bring
A desire to lead and shape a neurological disability focused operation alongside a strong and passionate team.
A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Significant relevant clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist, including leadership and supervision responsibilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology.
Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
A recent and satisfactory National Police Clearance.
NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
Current and valid drivers license.
