ARA Security Services is seeking a highly organised and proactive
Operations Coordinator
to join our growing team.

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be the central link between our clients, field employees, subcontractors and management team, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, compliance requirements are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide day-to-day operational support across workforce scheduling, customer service, compliance administration, reporting and general business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and supporting daily operational activities.
Assisting with workforce rostering and resource allocation.
Managing customer enquiries and service requests.
Maintaining employee licences, qualifications and compliance records.
Supporting onboarding and contractor management processes.
Preparing operational reports and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders and administrative processes.
Working closely with field teams, customers and internal stakeholders to support service delivery.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Service Coordinator,



Administration Coordinator or similar role.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A customer-focused mindset and professional approach.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
Experience working with scheduling, workforce management or ERP systems (desirable).
The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
