The Opportunity
As An Assistant Educator, You Will
Support the delivery of high-quality, play-based learning programsWork collaboratively with Room Leaders and TeachersHelp create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for childrenBuild strong relationships with children, families, and your teamContribute to establishing a positive centre culture from day oneSupport children's learning, development, and wellbeingAssist with daily routines and centre operations
About You




Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)Passion for early childhood education and careStrong understanding of the EYLF (or willingness to learn)Positive, team-focused attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, proactive, and eager to learnCurrent Working With Children Check (NSW)Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
