Supports and provides team-oriented, appropriate, proficient, coordinated direct and indirect clinical care for complex client presentations, including working with and alongside less experienced nursing and midwifery staff, within the specialty area.
Provide clinical leadership and management to team members on the Alcohol and Other Drugs Hospital Liaison Team.
Coordinate assessments, referrals, and Alcohol and Other Drugs discharge planning and coordinate complex clinical care for clients with significant Alcohol and Other Drug issues who are referred to the team.
This role includes weekend work and will be responsible for maintaining the roster of the team.
