What You'll Be Doing:
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Dulux Trade Centre stores in
Cannington, WA
, leading and inspiring your team by example.
With a proactive mindset and positive leadership style, you'll work hands‐on with a close‐knit, passionate team to drive sales, promote our market‐leading paint and product range, and deliver strong sales results.

What We're Looking for:
Lead and manage retail teams through strong, hands-on communication, working both in and on the business to deliver business plans and key initiatives.
Drive store performance through coaching, engagement, and empowerment to achieve operational and commercial outcomes.
Manage store budgets, KPIs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability and efficient operations.
Champion outstanding customer service by embedding a customer‐first mindset across the team.
Promote a proactive, safety‐first culture with a strong focus on health, wellbeing, and compliance
