This role focuses on property analysis and supports the team in providing analytical and administrative assistance to internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesMaintain all data input for the QLD Industrial teamCreate and maintain all property listingsAssist with collating marketing materialLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reportsOverall responsibility of top‐quality pitch documentsSource, collect, and collate sales evidence and prepare detailed sales analysesCreate relationships with key stakeholders within the industryQualificationsStrong interest in the commercial property industry with a goal to become a sales and leasing agentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuitePrevious property experience highly regardedWillingness to learn with a can‐do attitudeWell‐presented and well‐spoken,
