About the role
We are seeking a
Broker Assistant
to join the team at Southshore Finance in Subiaco.
This is a
part-time or full - time position
that offers flexibility whilst supporting our brokers in delivering exceptional service to clients in the mortgage industry.
You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and assisting our brokers in managing client relationships and loan processes.
This position offers the flexibility to work from the office and remotely if desired.
The salary offered will depend on experience and hours to be worked.
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office **** and Applyonline/MyCRM
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
Customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment
A professional demeanour and commitment to confidentiality and compliance
Ability to work collaboratively with brokers and other team members
Knowledge of the mortgage or finance industry
