Our client is looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a well-established organisation during a period of change and growth.
Working within a small, supportive payroll team, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of payrolls while contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Your new role
End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities
Reviewing and validating payroll information prior to processing
Interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements and payroll legislation
Managing payroll queries and providing exceptional stakeholder support
Payroll reconciliations, reporting and compliance activities
Assisting with payroll process improvements and system-related projects
What you'll need to succeed
Proven end-to-end payroll experience
Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements
Knowledge of Payday Super obligations
Experience working across multiple payrolls or entities
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
