We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in leading our execution team.
Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, this position requires someone who can provide explicit guidance and support to ensure that safety, quality, and efficiency are upheld to the highest standards, resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction.Roster5 Days 2 Off 10.5hrs 2 weeks of days 1 week of nights (Additional Hours Allowance & Shift Allowance)LocationWelshpool, WAWhat you'll do:Ensure strict adherence to plansMeet WesTrac's productivity targetsComply with Caterpillar and customer requirementsProvide exemplary leadership to the Rebuilds Execution teamOversee all aspects of safety, training, coaching, and task allocationManage WesTrac trades, non‐tradespersons, and contractorsFoster a collaborative and high‐performing work environmentSkills and Experience:HD Mechanical Trade QualificationLeadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict managementAbility to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workloadHighly developed organisational skillsProven experience in delivery workorders for machine Rebuilds or Fleet ManagementBe well aligned and exhibit WesTrac's SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability,
