OverviewJohnson & Johnson is a leading healthcare company focused on innovative Medicine and MedTech solutions.PositionManager, Technology ANZ – Electrophysiology, Neurovascular, reporting to Director – Head of Technology and AI, APAC.PurposeThis role is a business strategist and product‐minded technology leader partnering with regional MedTech leadership to shape growth strategies, modernise platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients across the ANZ cluster.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & OutcomesCo‐create the regional technology strategy for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular aligned with MedTech business goals and broader ASPAC objectives.Translate strategy into a prioritised multi‐year product and platform roadmap with clear value outcomes.Accelerate innovation, simplification and go‐to‐market agility across priority markets and franchises, including competitive analysis.Serve as strategic technology partner to regional senior leaders, jointly identifying opportunities and advising on transformation to unlock growth and superior customer/patient experience.Align strategy, platforms and execution across the regional value chain, ensuring compliance with Cybersecurity, Regulatory Affairs and Legal frameworks.AI, Data & DigitalOperationalise AI/ML and GenAI (incl. responsible AI) across commercial, supply chain, service and R&D; use cases.Use data and analytics to deliver actionable insights, champion interoperable data platforms, real‐time telemetry and privacy‐by‐design practices.Product Management & DeliveryDrive a disciplined product management (HPT) approach to ideate,
build and scale high‐impact solutions linked to OKRs and delivery.Own the regional technology portfolio – prioritisation, funding, delivery, adoption and perks realisation – leveraging global JJT teams.Leadership & TalentLead and develop a high‐performing team of product, engineering, data and delivery leaders, fostering an inclusive, learning‐oriented culture.Attract and retain world‐class talent, coach people managers and build an inclusive, high‐engagement culture.Financials & GovernanceDevelop and manage the regional technology budget, aligning investment decisions with value, risk and compliance.Uphold cybersecurity, privacy and compliance expectations, partnering with Quality, Regulatory, Legal and Privacy teams.Stakeholder & Market ImpactEnable successful product launches and lifecycle management tailored to local market dynamics and care pathways.Champion customer‐centric design, translating HCP and patient needs into platform and workflow innovations.Qualifications / RequirementsRequired Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Business; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of technology leadership with direct experience leading line‐of‐business, engineering,
data operations or product teams; 3+ years of people leadership in matrixed environments.Demonstrated ability to apply technology to solve business problems and communicate influence across senior levels.Experience with business processes such as bids & tenders, order‐to‐cash, customer engagement, and integration with foundational platforms (ERP, CRM, MES).
Proven track record in product management, agile delivery and portfolio governance, linking roadmaps to measurable outcomes.Fluency with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics and AI/ML/GenAI; hands‐on leadership implementing these capabilities beyond pilot stages.Experience modernising legacy environments while introducing new digital and AI‐enabled solutions safely and compliantly.Proven collaborator influencing decisions across a complex, matrixed organisation to drive alignment and deliver scalable solutions.Preferred MedTech Surgery domain exposure (digital surgery, robotics, imaging/computer vision, connected capital equipment).
