Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with disability, across Burwood East and Croydon.
You will lead an interdisciplinary team, plan NDIS funded therapy packages, and work in diverse settings to help participants achieve life goals.You will document sessions, bill for services, and collaborate with mentors to deliver person-centred care.
A relevant qualification and registration are required, with flexible schedule and growth
