The Role
Adbri Quarries has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Quarry Worker to join our team in a permanent full-time position at our Penrose Quarry, NSW.
You will operate a variety of fixed and mobile plant equipment — including loaders, excavators, dump trucks, water carts, service and fuel trucks, and crushing and screening plants.
We are looking for a multiskilled operator with proven dump truck and front-end loader experience who thrives in a fast-paced quarry environment and takes pride in doing the job right.
This position involves day or afternoon shift work, Monday to Friday, with rostered Saturdays as required.
You'll be joining a supportive team where safety, reliability and a strong work ethic are genuinely valued.
Responsibilities
Operate dump trucks and front-end loaders safely and efficiently
Operate a range of mobile plant and quarry equipment
Support crushing and screening operations
Maintain strong safety and environmental standards
Complete basic maintenance, inspections and housekeeping
Undertake general labouring duties as required
Work effectively as part of a close-knit team
About You
Experience as a multiskilled operator in quarrying, mining or a similar industry
Proven dump truck and front-end loader experience
Current driver's licence
Current RII/VOC competencies preferred
Understanding of crushing and screening operations




Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine commitment to safety
