Our technology turns property uncertainty into decisive action, and our culture brings out the best in the people who build it.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Technical Program Manager (internally known as Technical Product Delivery Manager — someone who sits at the intersection of engineering and delivery, and who gets a genuine kick out of making complex technical programs happen, and delivering sophisticated technical products.What You'll Be DoingDelivery OwnershipTake full ownership of on-time, in-scope delivery outcomes across your area of responsibilityProactively manage programs of work, identify risks and dependencies early, and keep commitments on trackBe the Product Owner for your development team — write clear user stories, run sprint ceremonies, and keep things movingRequirements & AnalysisWork closely with Product Managers and technical leads to translate product requirements into clear, actionable technical requirementsAsk the right questions — a lot of them — before committing to a directionSynthesise competing priorities and inputs into practical delivery decisions grounded in dataStakeholder ManagementManage the boundary between agreed scope and incoming ad hoc requests — confidently and constructivelyKeep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and dates without surprisesNavigate the tension between product and engineering with resilience and good judgmentProcess & ImprovementContribute to team-wide process improvement — we're actively building out our ways of working and we want someone who'll bring ideas to the tableHelp shape templates, rituals, and delivery frameworks as the team scalesQualificationsWhat You'll BringRequired5+ years in a technical delivery, product owner,
or technical program management role — hands-on, not just 'So, how's the project going?'Background as a software developer or technical IC who moved into deliveryStrong technical depth and experience in SaaS development and deployment — enough to understand and facilitate discussion on architecture, technical constraints and effort/quality trade-offsDemonstrated experience with APIs — design, integration, or working closely with teams building and consuming themBackground in software development or a technical discipline — you've either written code or worked closely enough with engineers to know what's hard and whyExposure to AI/ML products or delivery — you understand the development lifecycle is different and you're not fazed by itProven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments — ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planningExcellent requirements elicitation and analytical skills — you ask why before you actStrong stakeholder management — you can push back firmly and keep relationships intactHigh tolerance for ambiguity — and the drive to reduce it over timeExperience in a SaaS, tech, or scale-up environment (~1,000 employees strongly preferred)East Coast Australia based; full working rightsHighly DesiredExperience with geospatial, computer vision, or data-heavy platformsFamiliarity with AWS, cloud infrastructure, or data pipelinesExperience scaling products or platforms across regionsWhat This Role Is NotThis is a delivery role, not a product management role — but that doesn't mean that you don't have influence.
You'll hold Product Managers accountable for solid business requirements,
bring expertise to structuring and sequencing the product roadmap and informing the user research direction, and use your technical delivery insight to propose the most effective path to market.
