The role, based in Sydney CBD, willbe pivotal tothe delivery of Commercial real estate transactions and provide exposure across the full property campaign lifecycle, including market research, financial analysis, submissions, coordinating campaign marketing material, propertyinspectionsand buyer enquiries.The scope of the role will include:Preparehigh-qualitymarketing and sales submissions, information memorandums, due diligence materials, buyerreportsand other transaction documentation.Provision of financial / cash flow modelling forcommercialassets and compilation of information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.Research and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence.Coordinate data collection,



informationverification,and document management to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the sales process.Prepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetings.The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:Tertiary qualifications in property,businessor a related discipline.Current real estate licence.Robust analytical and research skills.Advanced with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,WordandExcel) & proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and the ability to converse with all levelsof staff from senior level management to technical staff.Understanding of localmarketsand current trends.Ability to work competently to achieve key milestone dates.We fosteran environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
