Quality & Compliance Advisor to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in ensuring consistent, effective risk, quality and compliance outcomes across a complex PPP contract environment.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You'll Do
Lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of the Contract Management Plan, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Drive risk, quality and compliance frameworks across all service delivery areas, supporting strong operational performance and continuous improvement.
Coordinate internal and external audits, investigations and reporting, providing clear, timely insights to senior stakeholders.
Partner closely with service delivery and leadership teams to embed a proactive quality and risk culture.
Lead and support a small team, fostering engagement, capability development and high performance.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience leading quality, risk or compliance management systems within complex, regulated environments.
Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance compliance, performance and customer outcomes.
Confidence influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners and regulators.
A structured, analytical approach with well-developed reporting, investigation and problem-solving skills.
