They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-rise apartment project in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
Drive construction programme and coordinate site activities
Monitor project progress, quality, and HSEQ compliance
Lead project delivery across both structure and finishes
Liaise with the project team to ensure programme milestones are achieved
Requirements
5+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering high-rise apartment or multi-residential projects
Strong experience across both structure and finishes
Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors




Strong understanding of construction sequencing, HSEQ, and site compliance
QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential
