You will be responsible for leading financial accounting across Amplar, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant reporting.
Drawing on your leadership and transformation experience, you will support acquisitions, define ways of working, and drive automation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a robust financial control environment and balance sheet integrityPartnering with the business on current initiatives, acquisitions and complex accounting mattersDriving integration of acquisitions and alignment to Medibank's finance systems and frameworksLeading month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and group standardsDelivering process improvement, standardisation and automationDesigning scalable finance operating models to support Amplar's growthLeading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability,
