Position Overview
Design Draftsperson required at Korvest Ltd head office in Kilburn, South Australia.
This role involves working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to produce accurate technical drawings for structural steel and related components.
Responsibilities
Producing technical drawings using SolidWorks
Creating drawings that clearly communicate design and manufacturing intent
Reviewing drawings, models and assemblies
Supporting engineering projects and product development activities
Qualifications
Experience with mechanical design, modelling or drafting
Exposure to CAD software (SolidWorks or similar)
Understanding of manufacturing processes and how they are communicated in drawings
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience
Workshop or manufacturing environment experience
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) and/or a mechanical trade background
