Role OverviewThe Eligibility Officer will be required to make decisions on whether to accept, or reject claims, and transition claims to appropriate Case Managers for ongoing management.
The role will also calculate PIAWE, advise Dispute Resolutions Managers on the rationale for original decisions, and identify the recovery potential of claims.
