You will coordinate Verification Officers, support onboarding, and help improve processes while partnering with cross-functional squads to ensure timely, high‐quality outcomes for customers and users.Based in Sydney with occasional travel, you will report to the Senior Operations Manager and contribute to ongoing improvements in operations and customer experience.
