Maintenance Technician, Reliability, Maintenance & EngineeringAmazon is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team at our site in Mulgrave, Melbourne.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll keep our site operating safely and efficiently by maintaining and repairing material handling equipment, automated packaging, and distribution machinery.
You'll respond to breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance, and implement long‐term improvements to reduce downtime.
This is a permanent full‐time night shift position working on a 4‐day roster (10‐hour shifts) and is entitled to annual leave and penalty rates where applicable.Key Job ResponsibilitiesComplete proactive and preventative maintenance on site equipmentDiagnose and repair equipment faults in a live warehouse environmentImplement long‐term solutions to reduce future downtimeUse specialized tools to maximize equipment effectivenessFollow and promote Health & Safety standardsBasic QualificationsFormal Trade Qualifications: Certificate III in Electrotechnology with current electrical trade license or Certificate III in Engineering OR Mechanical Trade (Fitter/Turner).
