Someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning current business.
You don't need to be a qualified broker today.
What matters most is that you're commercially minded, driven to succeed, and excited by the opportunity to build a long‐term career in commercial finance.
You'll work alongside experienced brokers, learning the industry while helping generate new business.
Over time, we'll support you in developing into a fully qualified Commercial Finance Broker.
What you'll do
Prospect and win new business across Australian SMEs
Build relationships with business owners, equipment suppliers and referral partners
Generate opportunities for equipment finance and business lending
Qualify clients and work closely with our brokers to structure finance solutions
Develop long‐term referral relationships that become ongoing sources of business
Learn commercial lending and progressively take on more responsibility as your knowledge grows
Who we're looking for
2+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development




A genuine hunter who enjoys finding opportunities rather than waiting for them
Confident speaking with business owners and decision makers
Highly motivated with strong commercial instincts
Organised, resilient and competitive
Someone who wants to build a long–term career rather than just another sales job
This isn't for everyone
This isn't a role where you'll be handed a stream of inbound leads.
Success comes from building relationships, developing referral networks, prospecting consistently, and creating your own opportunities.
