We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, and enthusiastic customer and safety-focused Campus Support Officer.
Reporting to the Security Manager, the purpose of the Campus Support Officer position is to provide for the safety and security of persons, premises, and assets of the site, whilst providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and stakeholders.
Remuneration: Base rate of $***** per hour plus casual loading and all penalties (3% above award rates).
Location: Highly Regarded University Campus in Geelong.
12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Roster (Days & Nights).
Availability: Must be available 24/7.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholdersConduct regular foot patrols of the site and its assetsPerform unlock and lock up of access points within the siteOperation of fire systemsIncident response, resolution, and reportingManagement of contractors and visitors onsite
Skills and Experience
VIC Security Licence (Unarmed Guard, Crowd Control)Working with children check (employee)
