nutrition and well-being of horsesIdentify and treat minor injuries/health issues and report responsible conditions to Owner and Snr staffData management and reportingEssential Skills/Qualification:A Certificate III or equivalent international qualification or at least 3 years full-time or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum 1 years full-time or equivalent experience at skilled levelProven knowledge and experience of horse handling and training methods specific to the thoroughbred racing industryProven ability to train and educate racehorsesOral and written communication skills of a level to take instruction; provide information and advice to others and preparereportsAbility to work in a team and independentlySound knowledge of health and safety obligations and demonstrated skills in safe operation of equipment relevant to the training and preparation of racehorsesSalary in the range of $75,000 to $80,000 per annum subject to experience/responsibility plus super.Please send detailed CV with 2 references to suitable applicants will be contacted.
