Responsibilities
Assist clinicians and team members with patient preparation.
Prepare and maintain operating suite equipment.
Provide safe patient transport within the operating suite and interdepartmental transfers.
Demonstrate an inclusive mindset to thrive in a multi-cultural environment.

Professional in your work, you have a strong attention to detail and are quick to learn and adapt.
Qualifications
Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Specialising in Operating Theatre Technician) or above.
Be flexible, with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Have an understanding of medical terminology and be able to fulfil the technical requirements of the role.
Have best practice in delivering patient-centred care.
Have well‐developed understanding of relevant safe work practices.

Salary range for Theatre Technicians: A$59,718 – A$73,037 + super + entitlements dependent on year level (pro-rated for part-time).
