In this role, you will play a key part in improving mechanical reliability, equipment performance and operational efficiency across our refinery operations.
Combining project delivery with practical engineering support, you will help identify opportunities, solve complex equipment challenges and deliver sustainable improvements that support safety, productivity and plant performance.
Working collaboratively with site‐based engineering teams, central reliability and asset integrity specialists, and technical centres of excellence, you will:ResponsibilitiesLead improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality and equipment reliabilityDevelop practical engineering solutions to recurring equipment and operational issuesDesign and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategiesComplete root cause analysis and define repair, replacement and upgrade scopesManage capital and expense projects from concept through to executionSupport the introduction of new technologies and cost‐saving opportunitiesEnsure engineering standards,
