This role sits at the heart of this exciting transformation, leading the integration of our acquisitions and ensuring seamless transitions that prioritise both our people and the customers we serve.What You'll DoManage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budgetCollaborate with cross‐functional teams to achieve project objectives and milestonesLead post‐acquisition discovery activities,
facilitating sessions to understand what makes acquired organisations successful and identifying opportunities for mutual learningManage the transition from learning phase through to thoughtful integrationMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadershipBuild strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForTertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or community servicesStrong organisational skills with proven ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with project management software and methodologiesGenuine passion for supporting vulnerable communitiesSmartsheet preferredIf you require support with the application process, please contact Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Criminal History check.A medical assessment will be conducted to see if you are physically capable for the role.BaptistCare is dedicated to the safety, empowerment, and participation of all children.
