The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager (ERP)
to join our Project Management team.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded and delivery-focused professional who can successfully lead complex ERP implementation and upgrade projects while driving strong financial, operational and people outcomes.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects under your control, including revenue, profitability, operational excellence and team performance.
You will work closely with customers, technical teams, department managers to ensure projects are delivered to Scope Systems standards and continuously improved.
Your daily tasks will include:
Prepare and manage project scope documentation (SOW, Project Charter, Project Plan) through to customer acceptance
Drive project activities in line with agreed objectives, monitoring progress, risks, issues and dependencies
Ensure operational effectiveness and quality of deliverables
Communicate project expectations, milestones and success criteria clearly to internal teams and customers
Lead customer meetings and provide regular, accurate project status reports and forecasts




Manage project revenue, profitability and budget performance
Raise and manage project variations, ensuring changes are clearly documented and approved
Work closely with Sales and Management to ensure projects are scoped and sold in alignment with Scope Systems standards
Provide mentorship and leadership to technical team members allocated to projects
Contribute to resource planning and optimisation in partnership with department managers and the Resource Manager
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, contractual obligations and ethical standards
About You
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or Information Technology
Significant demonstrated experience managing complex ERP implementations (Pronto Xi or similar)
Strong financial management experience, including budget and revenue accountability
Experience across waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management
Desirable
Exposure to ERP systems, digital transformation, or IT project delivery
PRINCE2 or PMBOK certification
Skills
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing capability
High level analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and reporting
Ability to build high-performing teams and foster a collaborative delivery culture
