Scheduler – Fixed Fire Administration Team
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm
Hours can be adjusted for the right candidate.

Fixed Fire Administration Team

In this quick-paced role, you'll play a vital part in coordinating maintenance, repairs, and emergency callouts while delivering outstanding service to our clients.

About the Role
As our Scheduler, you'll be responsible for coordinating routine maintenance and service activities while ensuring our technicians and clients are supported every step of the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating routine maintenance jobs using our Maintenance Planner within SimPRO
Scheduling monthly testing and repair work for fire detection systems in consultation with clients via phone and email
Coordinating urgent callouts and working closely with technicians to ensure prompt attendance
Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries and estimated timeframes
Processing repair requests, investigations,



and emergency callouts while prioritizing work according to urgency
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all scheduling activities are completed efficiently
Thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a busy administrative environment.
You'll bring:
Previous administration or reception experience (essential)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence building positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
Experience using SimPRO or similar scheduling/job management software is highly desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate
