About you
Designs the content and appearance of complex information deliverables.
Applies organisational guidelines and uses appropriate tools and techniques to provide publishing interfaces to new or existing platforms and applications.
Generates, produces and distributes reports.
Creates storyboards, static wireframes and agile or workable prototypes.
Assists, as part of a team, with overall user experience design.
About the role
Liaise with stakeholders to support technical publications through all phases on development: research, scoping, consultation, review and publishing.
Conduct research to develop mitigation advices that is both technically accurate and suitable for the intended audience.
Create and publish content that is consistent with agency messaging, including but not limited to publications, web content, social media posts, eLearning materials and other interactive tools.




Liaise with stakeholders regarding technical consultation as well as promotion of content through campaigns or other initiatives.
