A Buildcorp Cadet is a core part of the team, receiving strong direction and exposure to a range of diverse projects.
Throughout the Cadet Program, you will be supported by subject matter experts, a designated mentor, a learning passport with core disciplines defined, learning and development programs and various social and networking events.

Job Description
What is the Buildcorp Cadet Program?
The 2-year program includes completing core disciplines and achieving defined learning outcomes within various teams and areas of the business unit in the streams of Engineering, design, on-site contracts administration, estimating & site supervision.

Eligibility
Students in their second last or last year of a construction, project management, engineering, quantity surveying, building design, trade or building‐related qualification
At the time of application, candidates hold Australian/ New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Credit Grade Average
Be able to commence a 4‐day working week (1 day study) in early March ****
Driver's Licence (Provisional or Full)
White Card Certification
Application Process
Please apply to be considered for the Buildcorp Cadet Program.
The formal recruitment process will begin in late August ****, with our successful cadets commencing at Buildcorp in early March ****.
The recruitment process includes online assessments, phone screening and a recruitment assessment centre selection day.
