Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our PNG Operations team to start immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning and execution of complex projects within a respected, industry leading organisation.
Based primarily in our Brisbane office with occasional site travel, you will play an integral role across all phases of project delivery — from early planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Developing and managing project budgets, cost controls, contracts and schedules.
Leading the full lifecycle of project planning and execution.
Ensuring compliance with statutory and client specifications.
Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Managing project teams and resource allocation to maximise performance.
Coordinating multiple projects and driving delivery excellence.
What you will bring
Significant operational, construction or maintenance within the resources industry.
Strong commercial acumen across budgeting, forecasting,
estimating and change management.
Oil and Gas experience is highly regarded.
A forward thinking, improvement focused approach to project delivery.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven experience delivering major projects in a structured, high-risk environment.
Leadership capability to build and guide a cohesive, high performing team.
A commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
