Be Yourself Allied Health Services

South Australia

Ready for a workplace that's actually flexible?
Sick of clinic-based jobs needing you to be in the office 8 hours a day seeing back to back clients?
We were too, so we founded Your Best Self Allied Health to let OT's, Speechies and Physio's enjoy a truly flexible and autonomous working environment where they're in control of their day!
About Us:
Your Best Self Allied Health is a thriving community/mobile allied health company based in Adelaide and the surrounding suburbs.
Due to the ongoing demand for our services, we are excited to welcome a dedicated Speech Pathologist to our growing team.
We currently serve clients in the southern, central, and northern areas of Adelaide, managing a diverse range of paediatric clients and are beginning to extend into the adult realm.
We believe in work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements to help you manage your personal and professional commitments.
A happy team leads to happy clients, so we prioritise creating a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
And we actually mean it.
Our clinicians set their own schedules and see clients when it suits them.
Want to see clients from 8am - 12pm, finish off your admin and be done for the day?
Go for it.
Prefer to spread out your clients with some gaps to relax between?
Not a problem!
See your clients, get your notes done and that's it!
We're also big on making sure our team doesn't get burnt out from seeing back to back clients all day.
Our KPI & commission model means we aim to bill 4.5hrs a day (including travel time), and anything you bill over this earns you commission.
If you just want to hit the 4.5hrs and switch off for the day, we're all for that!
If you want to work a bit more, be rewarded with a generous commission percentage.
