The successful candidate will drive outcomes and support in all aspects of the project commercial and contract functions, including but not limited to:
Formation and management of RFQ packages and Subcontractor tendering;
Administration of subcontract packages, including management of variations, EOT and daywork claims;
Perform cost control and reporting duties for end of month reporting and client contract reports;
Attend weekly subcontractor meetings representing Civmec's commercial interests as required;
Drafting and submission of notices of delay, extensions of time, subcontracts and or supplier agreements required for the project;
Provide support to the project team in the preparation of relevant notices within designated timeframes;
Notify clients of any issues, special circumstances or breaches of contract;
Liaising with subcontractors to ensure all relevant insurances are current and legal (i.e. workers compensation)
Revise and retain contract registers highlighting payment conditions payment claims; and
Maintain company standards of documentation and records for Quality Assurance purposes;
