About the Opportunity
Join NT PHN in a key role providing enterprise-wide business analysis, service design and change management capability to support organisational initiatives and continuous improvement across a geographically dispersed and diverse operating workplace.
The Digital Enablement Partner will work closely with teams and stakeholders to drive sustainable digital enablement, process improvement and stakeholder-centred outcomes, ensuring initiatives are effectively designed, implemented and adopted in ways that are responsive to local context and service delivery needs.
About You
You are experienced in business analysis, change management, service design or transformation.
You bring strong understanding of organisational change, process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
You have:
Knowledge or training equivalent to a degree in Information Technology or a related field and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to work across diverse business areas and influence outcomes.
Experience developing business requirements, process maps and improvement initiatives.
Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated experience identifying, prioritising and evaluating opportunities for digital innovation, process optimisation and organisational improvement to support strategic and operational outcomes in complex environments.
Experience in digital transformation or technology-enabled change initiatives and strong understanding of trends.
Qualifications or certification in change management, business analysis, or service design.
Experience in health, public sector, or not-for-profit environments.
Strong understanding of the Northern Territory service environment, including regional and remote operating contexts
About the Role
Key priorities include:
Leading the development and delivery of change management strategies through close, day to day partnership with teams,



maintaining a strong onsite presence and working alongside staff to support successful implementation and sustained adoption of organisational initiatives.
Delivering service design and process optimisation activities onsite, including mapping current and future state processes and identifying improvement opportunities that reflect local service delivery environments and needs.
Providing enterprise business analysis capability, translating business needs into clear requirements, solutions and actionable outcomes that are practical and fit-for-purpose.
Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to understand needs, drive alignment and support effective communication of change.
Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships through regular in-person engagement across the organisation and broader service network to understand needs, drive alignment and support effective communication of change.
Developing and implementing communication plans and materials to support organisational readiness and stakeholder engagement.
Monitoring and tracking benefits realisation, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and align with strategic outcomes.
Leading and coordinating transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across projects, dependencies, and organisational priorities.
Conducting organisational readiness assessments to identify risks, capability gaps and change impacts, and develop mitigation strategies.
Contributing to building organisational capability in change, service design and continuous improvement through hands-on, onsite coaching, support and strong partnership with teams.
