Accessory Fitter / Installer – Performance Auto Electrical
Performance Auto Electrical is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on
Accessory Fitter / Installer
to join our team.
This is a diverse, fast-paced role where
no two days are the same
.
You'll be working across caravans, motorhomes, 4WDs and trailers, fitting a wide range of 12V accessories and systems.
You'll be part of a fully equipped workshop, supporting both retail and trade customers, with plenty of prospect to learn, develop and expand your skillset.

Key Responsibilities
Install a range of
12V accessories and systems
across caravans, RVs, 4WDs and trailers
Fit and wire components including:
Anderson plugs
Electric brake controllers
Reverse and safety camera systems
Trailer plugs and wiring
Solar systems (portable and fixed)
Battery systems and dual battery setups
Diesel heaters
Inverters and power management systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electrical issues
Ensure all installations are completed to a
high standard of quality and safety
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily job targets and deadlines
Maintain a clean,



organised and professional workshop environment
Assist with customer enquiries and provide clear, practical advice when required
Support general workshop duties and ad hoc tasks as needed
About You
Practical and mechanically minded with a strong attention to detail
Experience in
12V, auto electrical, caravan or accessory fitting
highly regarded but not essential
Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a team and contributing to a high-performance environment
Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy workshop
Current driver's licence (required)
