Working within a high performing team to deliver high-quality products and a smooth service
Performing food preparation tasks, training, and supporting a section
Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed Qualification & experience
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment
Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene




A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
