Freshwater State School OSHC is building a team of unteachables.
We are looking for the educators who turn up, who genuinely like kids, who will take feedback and run with it, and who make the whole team better just by being on shift.
If that's you, we'll teach you the rest, and we'll pay for you to get qualified while you do it.

A current or in-progress qualification in Early Childhood Education, School Age Care or a related field is a genuine bonus and will be reflected in your pay.

About the Job
· Providing a safe, engaging environment for children before school, after school, and during Vacation Care
· Planning and running activities that support children's social, emotional, and physical development
· Building genuine connections with children, families, and your team




· Assisting with the preparation and service of snacks and light meals
· Working within our policies, procedures, and the National Quality Framework to keep everyone safe
· Collaborating with the Educational Leaders and your team to keep improving the program
· Keeping accurate records as required
