As a leading labour hire provider, we're actively recruiting experienced civil plant operators for ongoing metro-based projects across subdivisions, roads, rail, and broader civil infrastructure works.
We partner with reputable Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, giving you access to steady work on well-run sites, competitive rates, and roles that match your skills and tickets.
If you're reliable, safety-focused, and looking for consistent opportunities close to home, we offer the flexibility and support of labour hire with the security of long-term project placements.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating any of the following:
Excavators (various sizes)
Loaders
Graders
Dozers
Skid Steers
Scrapers
Moxy/Watercart/Rollers
Plant used in bulk and detailed earthworks
Civil works including subdivisions, road construction, rail corridors,



drainage, and services
Final Trim and GPS Operators highly encouraged to apply
To be considered you must have / be willing to obtain:
Relevant plant tickets and demonstrated operating experience
Construction White Card
Solid commitment to safety and site procedures
Ability to pass a D&A; screening
The Process
All shortlisted candidates must be able to attend a face-to-face interview at our WA office and successfully complete a drug and alcohol test, prior to commencing work.
