About the RoleAs the face of our practice, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient.
Your day will include:Managing patient appointments and treatment schedulesHandling enquiries and providing exceptional customer serviceProcessing accounts, payments and health fund claimsCoordinating patient treatment plans and follow-up careSupporting clinicians and the wider practice teamAssisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of the practiceProviding chairside support when required

About YouWe're looking for an experienced dental professional with strong reception and clinical knowledge who is ready to make a real impact.
Essential RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Receptionist in a dental practicePrevious Dental Assisting experience is essentialExperience using Dental4Windows (D4W)Strong understanding of dental terminology, treatment workflows and patient managementExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh level of computer literacy and administration skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm and organised in a busy environment
