Imtrade CropScience is a privately-owned R&D; chemical manufacturer specialising in agricultural chemicals based in Kwinana Beach.
A position in the sales support team has recently opened for a candidate who wishes to participate broadly and deeply in company operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting / customer service / marketing / PA & general office duties.

Key Responsibilities
Process orders received from customers into Sybiz.
Keep customers informed about the progress of their orders and expected dispatch dates.
Respond to inquiries from customers about progress and status of orders
Liaise with customer and warehouses to efficiently organise transport of the product when ready.




Phone calls inbound and outbound
Building and maintaining solid relationships with customers over the phone.
Assisting with administrative functions.
Ad hoc office duties
Assisting the National Sales Manager with data input & report generation.
Assisting with ad hoc Marketing & Design requirements
Desired Skills
A highly developed attention to detail is a must.
Intermediate level of Microsoft office capability, in particular excel.
Prior experience in Administration.
Current C Class drivers licence.
Prioritisation capabilities and organisational skills.
Work well within a team and have a can do attitude.
An ability to focus on customer service excellence over the phone.
Agricultural knowledge advantageous but not essential.
Experience in Sybiz Vision advantageous but not essential.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator advantageous
