This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote The Bright College's courses and services to local and international audiences.
Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, coordinating online and offline promotional activities, managing social media and digital content, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
The role involves conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, supporting student recruitment initiatives,



and collaborating with academic and admissions teams to align marketing efforts with organisational goals.
The Senior Marketing Officer will also engage with prospective students and partners, attend events as required, and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospective students, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning within the education sector.Demonstrated capability in Sales and student recruitment activities, including lead generation and conversion.Experience developing and implementing Marketing Strategy across digital and traditional channels.Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Experience in the education or vocational training sector is highly regarded.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.Competence with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics or similar).
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment and uphold inclusive, learner-centered values.
