Dynamic Recruitment Snappys Pizza & Kebab Kilmore is looking for a reliable and experienced full-time Retail Manager (38 hours per week) to join their team located in Kilmore, VIC ****.
As the Retail Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership role, managing daily operations and guiding our team to deliver exceptional customer service and strong business outcomes.
You will be the key driver of store success, balancing people leadership, sales performance, stock management, and customer service excellence.
Benefits Competitive salary of $82,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for career growth as the business expands A leadership role where your decisions directly shape customer experience and store success Task & responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high service and presentation standards Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including pricing strategies Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, rostering, training, and performance evaluation Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and maintain accurate inventory control Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety regulations, and company policies Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and promotional displays to attract and retain customers Handle customer enquiries, feedback,



and service escalations professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability Manage budgets, cost control, and operational KPIs Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts and pricing Qualification & experience Completion of an AQF-relevant Diploma Minimum two years' experience in a Retail Manager role Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and guide staff Robust communication and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques Robust organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities About Company Snappys Pizza & Kebab Kilmore is a busy, well-loved shop on Sydney Street, known for fresh pizzas, kebabs, pides, snack packs, and classic fast-food favourites.
