Primary focus: Intro Offer & Membership Sales
Meeting every individual where they are at; and articulating how we can help them.
Nurturing new clients and guiding them towards the membership that's right for them - through warmth and confidence, not pressure.
Hitting and exceeding monthly revenue and membership targets.
Secondary focus: Studio operations
Day-to-day studio leadership and team culture
Supporting and mentoring your instructor team alongside our head coach
Maintaining the premium member experience STRONG is known for
Teaching a small number of classes once qualified (see below)
Note: Repetitive admin and rostering have been outsourced.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete the STRONG instructor training academy to allow them to take a small number of classes alongside the management role.
