The Role
Specialising in time-critical hotshot deliveries and specialised courier services to mine sites across Western Australia and nationwide, you will be the backbone of the state's industrial supply chain based out of Kalgoorlie.
This is high-consequence, time-sensitive work where every minute counts—but
never at the expense of safety
.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Bring (Essential Criteria)
Licence & Gear:
Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence with proven experience operating
manual Heavy Rigid vehicles
(Essential).
Hotshot Driving Experience:
Demonstrated, hands-on experience in time-critical hotshot transport operations (Essential).
Safety-First Mindset:
A rock-solid understanding of WAHVA and fatigue management.
You know your logbook inside out and live by a safety-first culture.
Independence & Reliability:
The autonomy to manage long-haul routes seamlessly while maintaining clear, professional communication with site coordinators.
Qualified Pride:
A dedication to keeping your vehicle immaculate, fuelled, and ready for action, paired with accurate, neat paperwork.
Skill & Experience
What You Will Need
High-level English proficiency (both written and verbal) for critical site safety and communication.
A valid Commercial Drivers Medical (or one completed within the last 12 months).
Ability to pass an initial and ongoing random Drug & Alcohol screenings.
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
Flexibility to work weekends and Public Holidays as required by hotshot demands.
