Due to continued growth, we're looking for enthusiastic
Trainee Patient Coordinators & Dental Receptionist
to join our team across multiple Perth locations.
If you've got a track record of building rapport with customers and getting results in a sales or service role, we'll teach you the rest.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
You'll be trained from the ground up in dental front-office operations, patient coordination and treatment support — all while putting your existing customer service and sales strengths to work.
You'll receive structured, hands-on training and ongoing mentoring as you grow into the role.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism and outstanding customer service.
Learn to manage appointment scheduling, recalls and daily diary coordination.
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
Support patients through their treatment journey, including guiding conversations around treatment options and bookings.




Process patient payments and maintain accurate patient records.
Liaise with clinicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
Support administrative functions to keep the practice running smoothly.
About You
Previous experience in
customer service, sales, retail or hospitality
— you know how to build rapport and close out a great customer experience.
No dental or medical experience necessary — full training provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable having conversations about products/services and confident guiding people toward a decision.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
A positive, professional and proactive attitude, with a genuine desire to learn.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Flexibility to work across our Winthrop, South Perth and Perth CBD locations when required.
Availability for Saturdays is highly regarded.
