What You'll Be Doing
As our Manufacturing Improvement Lead, you will work across our site to improve how we operate, support our people and turn good ideas into practical improvements by:
Leading continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiativesAnalysing production performance and identifying improvement opportunitiesSolving operational challenges using data and practical problem-solvingImproving workflow, efficiency and labour productivityWorking closely with production teams to reduce downtimeSupporting safety, quality and operational excellenceCoaching and developing production employeesLeading improvement projects from concept through to implementation
No two days will be the same, and you will have genuine ownership of projects that create a real difference in the performance of our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications or experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:
