24/7 AI Healthcare Receptionist is a rapidly growing South Australian technology company transforming how healthcare practices manage patient calls, enquiries and appointments.
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual to support our client onboarding, sales follow-up and day-to-day operations.
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days will be the same.
You will follow up prospective clients, help current clinics through onboarding and assist wherever required to keep the business moving.
The ability to work effectively in a genuinely fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities and take ownership of tasks is essential and non-negotiable.
What you'll be doing
Following up sales enquiries and prospective clients
Booking demonstrations and keeping opportunities moving
Supporting new clinics throughout the onboarding process
Gathering required information and documentation from clients
Maintaining accurate CRM records, notes and follow-up tasks
Coordinating with our sales, onboarding and technical teams
Communicating professionally with clients by phone and email
Assisting with testing and improving AI agent workflows
Helping improve internal systems and processes
Taking on varied operational and administrative responsibilities as required
About you

Knowledge or experience with
GoHighLevel (GHL), Slack, Jira and AI agents
will be highly regarded.
Experience in sales support, customer service, client onboarding, healthcare administration or technology would also be beneficial.
However, attitude, initiative, reliability and the willingness to learn are equally important.
The opportunity
The position will initially be part-time, giving both you and the company an opportunity to identify where your strengths fit best within our growing team.
