This role is about much more than running a kitchen.
We are looking for a leader who loves food, takes pride in the craft and can inspire others to do the same.
You will drive the day to day operation of the kitchen while building a culture focused on quality, consistency, food safety and guest satisfaction.
Working closely with the front of house team, you will lead a brigade that delivers authentic Italian cuisine and memorable guest experiences every day.

What are we looking for
Strong culinary experience leading teams in a premium dining environment
Proven people leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members
Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
Passion for delivering authentic, high-quality culinary experiences and exceptional guest satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to manage labour costs, food costs, and kitchen productivity
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance requirements
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
