Key Responsibilities
* Support the team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and profitability goals
* Have daily conversion, set sales targets, and motivate the team to deliver results
* Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and feedback
* Support and manage all operational areas: rosters,



stock control, and visual merchandising
* Build solid local community relationships
* Maintain high standards in store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
* Action mystery shop results, audit outcomes, and customer feedback initiatives

* Proven retail leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment
* Strong commercial and operational acumen with a drive for results
* Confident in leading, training, and developing a high-performing team
* High attention to detail and a hands-on leadership style
* Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences
